Rezzella is lifestyle and outdoor clothing, made to block the sun, for women and men, in two lines: Rezzella Riviera, lifestyle and casual clothing for warm weather, and Rezzella Adventure, outdoor and sport clothing for hiking, travel, water and training. Separate from the two lines, Rezzella makes custom team kits in your design, for any team.
Most shirts let the sun through. Rezzella is made not to.
We design clothing you would choose for how it looks, then make it to block the sun. Our only claim about our clothing is the phrase “made to block the sun”. We print no rating and no number until our own lab report is published.

How it works: Upload your design, or ask for a free one → A design to approve and a price within 48 hours → Approve and pay a deposit → Delivered about four weeks after you approve, from January 2027.
At least 10 pieces per design, sizes mixed, in men’s, women’s and youth cuts (youth S to XL, adult XS to 3XL), with a UV card for every person on the team. Team kits are made in their own batches, with tracked delivery to the same 11 countries.
Payment: A deposit when you approve the design, the rest before delivery. Team kits have no list price: every team gets its own price with its free design.

Each piece ships from its own month: January 2027 (Sun Tee and Sun Hoodie); March 2027 (Riviera Shirt, Knit Polo, Deck Short, Sun Short, Alpine Quarter Zip and Trail Short). We email the exact date before the buyer pays. Orders ship in the order they were paid. After an order ships, delivery takes the time listed for its country on our delivery page.

## How you pay
When we confirm the ship date of a piece, we email a pay link. It opens a secure checkout run by Stripe, in the buyer’s own currency, at the reserved price, with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. The link works for 7 days; an unused link costs nothing.

## [The UV card and the shirt test](https://rezzella.com/shirt-test)
A UV card is a small card that changes colour in UV light. Put the card under one layer of your shirt in the sun for 30 seconds, then compare it with a card in full sun. It shows whether UV gets through. It is not a lab rating.
Every order comes in a thin white paper box with a UV card on top, so you can do the shirt test yourself.
Lab test: before the first run, not yet tested.
Our fabric goes to ARPANSA, Australia’s radiation protection agency, for testing to AS/NZS 4399 before the first run. The full report goes on the shirt test page.

A photo is enough: you do not send anything back. Shrinks out of its size means more than 5 percent in length or width when washed as the care label says.

### What is Rezzella?
Rezzella is lifestyle and outdoor clothing, made to block the sun, for women and men. It comes in two lines, Rezzella Riviera and Rezzella Adventure, with free tracked delivery to 11 countries. Separate from the two lines, we make custom team kits in your design, for any team.

### What are Riviera and Adventure?
Our two lines. Rezzella Riviera is lifestyle and casual clothing for warm weather. Rezzella Adventure is outdoor and sport clothing for hiking, travel, water and training.

### Which pieces are in Daybreak?
Daybreak, our first collection, has eight pieces. Rezzella Riviera: the Sun Tee, the Riviera Shirt, the Knit Polo, the Deck Short and the Sun Short. Rezzella Adventure: the Sun Hoodie, the Alpine Quarter Zip and the Trail Short.

### Which colours do the pieces come in?
The Sun Tee in White, Sand, Navy and Black. The Riviera Shirt in White, Sand and Navy. The Knit Polo in White, Navy, Black and Sand. The Deck Short in Sand, Navy and Black. The Sun Short in Sand, Navy and White. The Sun Hoodie in Black, Navy and Sand. The Alpine Quarter Zip in Black, Navy and White. The Trail Short in Black, Navy and Sand.

### When does each piece ship?
The Sun Tee and the Sun Hoodie ship from January 2027. The Riviera Shirt, the Knit Polo, the Deck Short, the Sun Short, the Alpine Quarter Zip and the Trail Short ship from March 2027. We email you the exact date before you pay.

### What are the sets?
Pieces that go together, for 10 percent less than buying them one by one. The Full Day: the Sun Hoodie and the Sun Tee. You choose the colour, cut and size of each piece.

### Do you make clothing for women and men?
Yes. The Sun Tee, the Riviera Shirt, the Knit Polo, the Alpine Quarter Zip and the Trail Short come in a men’s and a women’s cut. The Deck Short is men’s, the Sun Short is women’s and the Sun Hoodie is unisex. Most women take one size down in the Sun Hoodie.

### Does it block the sun?
Every piece is made to block the sun. Our fabric goes to ARPANSA, Australia’s radiation protection agency, for testing to AS/NZS 4399 before the first run. The full report goes on the shirt test page. We print no rating until then.

### What is a sun shirt?
A sun shirt is a light shirt, often with long sleeves, made in a tight knit or weave so that less of the sun gets through it. Every Rezzella top is made to block the sun, from the Sun Tee to the Sun Hoodie.

### How can I tell if a shirt blocks the sun?
Do the shirt test: hold a UV card in the sun, then under one layer of the shirt, and compare the colour. If the card under the shirt changes colour too, sunlight is getting through. Each step is on our shirt test page.

### Who is the seller?

### Do you make team kits?
Yes. Custom team kits in your design, for any team. Your colours, crest, names and numbers, printed into a fabric made to block the sun, with a UV card for every player. Tell us your sport and colours and we send a free design within 48 hours.

### Which sports are team kits for?
Football, Basketball, Ultimate, Dragon boat, Sailing and Running, and any team that trains outside. Every kit is made for your team, in its own batch.

### What is the minimum for a team kit?
Ten pieces per design, with sizes mixed. Youth sizes run from S to XL and adult sizes from XS to 3XL, in men’s and women’s cuts.

### How do team kits work?
Tell us your sport, colours and crest. We send a free design and a price within 48 hours. You approve and pay a deposit, the rest before delivery, and the kits arrive about four weeks after you approve. The first team kits ship from January 2027, after the lab report.

### What does made to order mean?
Reserve for free → The run fills (50 pieces) → Pay when we confirm the date → Delivered in about four weeks. Nothing is made until it is reserved, so nothing is wasted. The delivery time for your country is on our delivery page.

### What do First run and Next run mean?
The Sun Tee, the Sun Hoodie and The Full Day are in the first run, and you can reserve them now. The other pieces are in the next run: press Get the link first and we email you when they open for reservations.

### How do I reserve?
Choose a first run piece, its colour, cut and size, and press Reserve. We ask for your email address and your country, and never for card details.

### Do I pay when I reserve?
No. A reservation is free and is not a purchase. You keep the reservation price, and one click cancels a reservation.

### How and when do I pay?
When we confirm the ship date of your piece, we email you a pay link. It opens a secure checkout run by Stripe, in your own currency, at the price you reserved, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. The link works for 7 days. If you do not use it, you owe nothing.

### Is anything made before I pay?
Every piece is made to order. A run goes into production only once it has enough reservations, and you pay only when we confirm its date, so nothing is made on a guess.

### What if a run does not fill?
Each run is 50 of one piece, in any mix of colours and sizes. We send pay links once a piece has enough reservations to go into production, with its ship date. Until then there is no pay link, and you have paid nothing.

### What if the fabric does not pass the lab?
We do not make that piece. We email you, your reservation ends, and you have paid nothing.

### Can I cancel?
Yes. One click in your confirmation email cancels a reservation. Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

### Where do you deliver?
Free tracked delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland and the Philippines (limited each run).

### Why are reservations from the Philippines limited?
Every run is shared across the 11 countries we deliver to, so reservations from the Philippines are limited each run. When a run’s allocation is full, join the list and we tell you when the next run opens.

### How long does delivery take?
We email you the ship date before you pay. Your order ships by tracked parcel, straight to you. After it ships, delivery takes 7 to 12 days to Australia, 6 to 10 days to New Zealand, 6 to 7 days to Singapore, 11 to 30 days to Malaysia, 10 to 15 days to Hong Kong, 7 to 28 days to Macau, 7 to 28 days to Taiwan, 7 to 28 days to South Korea, 7 to 28 days to the United Arab Emirates, 7 to 28 days to Switzerland and 3 to 7 days to the Philippines. Most orders arrive about four weeks after you pay.

### Will I pay import tax or duties?
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau: Free tracked delivery. No import tax on this order. Malaysia: Free tracked delivery. Some parcels may be charged 10% sales tax by Malaysian customs. Taiwan: No import tax on orders up to NT$2,000. Larger orders are taxed in full. South Korea: No import tax on orders up to USD 150. Please have your Personal Customs Clearance Code ready. United Arab Emirates: No customs duty. The carrier may charge 5% VAT and a small fee. Switzerland: No Swiss import VAT on orders up to about CHF 62. Larger orders may cost 8.1% VAT and a Swiss Post fee. Philippines: Free tracked delivery. If import tax will be charged on your order, we email you before it ships.

### What if my country is not on the list?
We open new countries as people ask for them, and Qatar and Kuwait are next. Join the list with your country and we tell you when we deliver there.

### How do I choose my size?
Take your usual size. Every piece has a size chart in centimetres, laid flat, on its page and in our size guide. The Sun Hoodie is unisex, and most women take one size down.

### What if it does not fit?
If it does not fit, send it back unworn within 30 days and we send you the other size free. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

### What if a piece is faulty?
If a piece arrives faulty, email us a photo of the fault with your order number. We refund you or send a new piece, as you prefer, and you do not need to send it back.

### What is the 100 day promise?
If a seam fails, the embroidery comes loose or a piece shrinks out of its size within 100 days, we refund you or send a new piece. A photo is enough: you do not send anything back. Shrinks out of its size means more than 5 percent in length or width when washed as the care label says. This promise is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the consumer law where you live. It does not replace them.

### How do I wash it?
Wash cold, inside out, and line dry. No bleach and no tumble dryer. Each piece has its own care line on its page.

### What arrives in the box?
A thin white box made of paper. Inside, your piece lies folded on a paper folder, wrapped in white tissue, with a UV card and the shirt test card on top, so the first thing you do is the shirt test.

### What is a UV card?
A small card, the size of a bank card, that changes colour in UV light and turns back when it is out of the sun. Every order comes with one.

### What is the shirt test?
Hold a UV card in the sun, then slip it under one layer of your shirt and compare. It shows whether the sun gets through that shirt. It is not a lab rating.

### Does every order come with a UV card?
Yes. The UV card sits on top of your piece in the box, so you can do the shirt test on it and on every other shirt you own.
