Delivery and returns

Delivery

Orders ship from Thursday 19 November, in the order they were paid, tracked, straight to you. Each size shows its ship date. Delivery takes about 1 to 4 weeks depending on where you live. Cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Delivery is free and tracked to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We do not deliver to your country yet. Join the list and we will tell you when we do.

Size swaps

If it does not fit, we send the right size, within 30 days of delivery, unworn. Email [email protected] with your order number and the size you need.

Returns and the 100 day promise

If a seam fails, the embroidery comes loose or a piece shrinks out of its size within 100 days, we send a new one.

Cancelling

Cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email [email protected] with your order number.
