Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. If you live somewhere else, join the waitlist and we will tell you when we deliver to you. Rezzella is not sold directly in the Philippines yet.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free and tracked to every country and region we deliver to. We email you the tracking number when your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Free tracked delivery to Japan, 4 to 8 working days after your order ships. Times for every country are in the table above.
Will I pay import tax or duty on delivery?
No. Japan charges no duty or consumption tax on personal parcels with a taxable value under JPY 10,000. One shirt at our price is below that line, so we send one shirt per parcel and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Why is there one shirt per order?
One shirt per order keeps each parcel below the import tax line in every country we deliver to, so nothing is charged at your door. For a second shirt, place a second order.
What is a Personal Customs Clearance Code?
Korea Customs Service gives every person who imports goods a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), a 13-character code that starts with P. Korean customs needs it to clear your parcel, so we ask for it at checkout for deliveries to South Korea and print it on your parcel. You can get your code from the Korea Customs Service UNI-PASS website.
Pre-orders and refunds
How do pre-orders work?
Made in small batches. Order now and your shirt ships by 31 January 2027. The full lab report is published before anything ships, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time until your order ships.
When will my shirt ship?
Ships by 31 January 2027. If we miss that date, you can cancel for a full refund.
When do I pay?
You pay in full when you order. Pre-orders open on 15 November 2026.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund at any time until your order ships. Choose Cancel and refund on your order in your account, or email us with your order number.
How do I pay?
You pay through PayPal, with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card, and we never see your full card number.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Australia is charged in AUD, New Zealand in NZD, Singapore in SGD, Hong Kong in HKD and Japan in JPY. Malaysia and South Korea are charged in USD: we show you the approximate local price, and your bank converts it.
Returns and repairs
Can I return my shirt?
Yes. You can return an unworn shirt with its tags within 30 days of delivery, and we refund the shirt price. Return postage is paid by you. Please email us first so we can send you the return address.
Do you repair shirts?
Yes, free, for as long as you own the shirt. If a seam, a button, a hand cover or the neck shade fails, we repair it and post it back to you. How repairs work.
Sizes and fit
Which sizes do you make?
The women’s fit comes in XS, S, M and L, and the men’s fit in S, M, L and XL. Both are a relaxed camp-collar cut.
What is the difference between the fits?
The women’s fit is shaped through the waist. The men’s fit is straight through the body. Both have the same hand covers, neck shade and details.
Where are the measurements?
We publish garment and body measurements in centimetres and inches after our first sample fitting. Until then, email us your usual size and chest measurement, and we will help you choose.
Fabric and care
What is the shirt made of?
A lightweight woven nylon, chosen to breathe in humid heat and to dry quickly. We add the exact fabric weight once the fabric is chosen. The shirt is made in the Philippines.
How do I wash it?
Wash cold, hang to dry in the shade and do not use bleach.
What is the UPF rating of the shirt?
Our fabric will be tested by ARPANSA to AS/NZS 4399:2020 before anything ships. The full report will be published on this site, and we make no UPF claim until then.
How do the hand covers and neck shade work?
Hand covers fold out of the cuffs and lie over the backs of your hands. A neck shade rises from the collar and covers the back of your neck. When the sun drops, both tuck away out of sight. They are cut from the same fabric as the shirt.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can always check out as a guest. With an account, you can follow your order and ask for a cancellation in one place.
I ordered as a guest. Can I still follow my order?
Yes. Create an account with the same email address you used at checkout, and your order appears in your account.
