Delivery and returns

Delivery: Free tracked delivery to the United Arab Emirates. Ships from 19 November, by 30 November at the latest. Delivery takes about 1 to 4 weeks after shipping.
Size swaps: If a piece does not fit, you can swap it for another size within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn. Email us first, post the piece back to the address we send you, and pay the postage to us. We send the right size free.
The 100 day promise: If a seam fails, the embroidery comes loose or a piece shrinks out of its size within 100 days, we send a new one. Shrinks out of its size means it shrinks more than 5 percent in length or width when washed as the care label says.
